need an opinion
after I sued my former mechanic and won. he gave me more evidence in court against him.
he put on paper that he used 5w-30 liquid moly in my car. which is not approved right?
should I sue him again ill have the same judge? since he potentially damaged my engine I had this oil in my engine in the winter for 7k miles when temps went to 10F.

Actually Liqui Moly Longtime High Tech 5W-30 from Germany is approved for Sheet 229.5.
I don't know what evidence you could present to prove damage, that is a question for an attorney.
I would think that oil analysis of your current crankcase contents might at least give you peace of mind if your numbers came up in a normal range.

Actually Liqui Moly Longtime High Tech 5W-30 from Germany is approved for Sheet 229.5.

I was testing him to see if he was going to rip me off this time and all the other times. mostly maintenance stuff I had him do. i went in for a service b. his website said full inspection and full diagnostic. he has SDS. I knew I need an idle pulley, spark plugs, my e brake sticks, a/c compressor doesn't work, valve cover gakets,, spark plug seals. I get the receipt then it says I need lower ball joints. I went in their with no clunks now the lowers clunk. he was going to give me a refund with a signed contract until he tried to rip it out of my hand. I had evidence backing evidence. I only sued what I had evidence for.
my a/c hasn't worked in like a year now and he said he filled up Freon but who knows.
the a/c vents randomly blow air. I've tried the reset thing and fuses. but I know u can turn the compressor off with a computer
