Help with shift knob leather
Well im going to do the fix for the shift bezel clips this week while my car has some down time waiting for the ecu to get back from getting tuned.It looks like someone already tried putting some kind of epoxy or something but did a crappy job because there is a bunch of black crap on it so ill have to clean that off but it comes off easy. i also got a new knob because my old one was worn. then after taking it off i realized the leather was super brittle. so i ordered a new boot. Does anyone know how to remove the black plastic piece from the chrome trim so i can put the new boot in there when i get it.there seems to be clips on that as well but im not sure..
