Sway bars

Hi guys,

I just bought a 2002 C320 wagon for my daily, I'm going to put on some bigger wheels and a set of coil overs/lowering springs when I have some spare money, but for right now I really want to put some bigger sway bars on, the body roll in this thing is killing me, any advice on which ones to buy, has anyone just added the 22mm Front and 16 mm Rear AMG bars and does it make a bunch of difference or just go aftermarket, I already have another money pit so I don't want to spend a bunch of money on this its going to be a low low budget LOL.

A set of H&Rs (26mm fr, 19mm rear) costs $517 from Tirerack.

A bit cheaper if you have the 10 mm end links (my guess would be that you do). I would think that the added $$ over the AMGs would be worth it.

I bought a set of used AMG sway bars from a guy that upgraded his for his C32 and compared to stock it made a huge difference, Best $50 I spent. I did however need to buy a set of 10mm end links and drill out the tab on the strut.

I also put on a set of Eibachs and again made a huge difference over stock

If you have a 4matic it is a different story and a nightmare to install

If you have a Black series why would you even want to spend money on the C320 let alone drive it, I did not think that they imported those to North America
