Are these add-ons and replacement parts compatiable w/ my w203

I'm not too familiar with cars but i have learned a lot from this site alone i was told by my mechanic that my reduce oil level sensor is no good and needs to be replaced along with my turn signal he's a street mechanic that use to work for the dealer and decided to go on his own only thing is he counts on his customers to get the parts then he will install. So i want to make sure I'm purchasing correct parts before buying.

I have a mercedes benz c240 year 04 and 4 Matic

I realize that ebay has this section that can check if the part is compatiable with my model i use that from time to time and most of the time it's NOT compatiable so i dont want to make the same mistake with these expensive parts.

Part #1
I have to replace the entire turn signal switch is this correct part?

Part #2
I have to place sensor that displays the message "Reduce Oil Level" is this the correct part?

Part#3
This is not a part but i would like to change the radio from factory radio to this Pioneer AVH P4400 and i know nothing about car radios so i was wondering if this part is compatiable with my car?

THE C350
I would go to a respected parts website such as rmeuropean or a Mercedes dealer site then get the part numbers you need and check them yourself.
As for the radio there are many threads on here talking about that but I will give you a little help. First does your car have the Bose stereo? if so changing the radio just got way more expensive and if you don't want a headache just live with your normal one. If not then you need to find a dash kit (make sure the head unit you chose to put in fits) and wiring harnesses ect.
