Install a TV Tuner
hi,
I have a MB C220CDI (Europe) with the Comand installed (from factory).
Now, I'm interested to install the TV Tuner. So, I have some questions:
- Can I self install it ?
- Where it is placed?
- What other things are needed?

Whether you can or cannot install the TV tuner yourself is a question you should ask yourself...we do not know how mechanical skilled you are...
The TV tuner is placed in the rightside wheelwell behind the trunk liner.
You need the TV tuner (obviously), the wiring from comand to the TV tuner and a TV antenna...plus a bracket for the TV tuner...that is basically it.

TV tuner
I would get Steve to install it. I saw him install my TV tuner unit and it took him a good 3 hours to do a nice job. It's alot more complicated than it seems.
