The rattle from the passenger seat

I get a rattle from the passenger seat. It only happens over bumps. If I take the head rest off the seat the rattle goes away. When someone is sitting in the passenger seat the rattle goes away even if they are not resting their head on the head rest.
Any ideas on I can fix this without making another trip to the dealer?

STF. someone i think had this problem and they took the head rest metal parts and bent them just a little bit to put more pressure against the headrest insert and thus permit less wiggling.

I lowered the headrest a little, it helped.

rattles seat

my does that knocking rattles gets to me really bad and i though it's was inside the seat that does that but it wasn't it was the seat belt holder itself knocking on the side of the seat after i adjusted didn't hear it again..
