Air conditioning issue

Air only flows from my dash vents. When I reset the system by pressing defrost and recirculate, it goes through everything, and air comes from everywhere it should, but it never stops going through this process. When I shut down the car, nothing has changed. Please help.

Reading through this link, it seems to fix a mechanical issue. If, when cycling through the resets, air blows through the defrosters, floor, and dash individually, it would seem that mechanically everything is sound. Could this be a different issue? Everything I read says that the reset process should last 60 seconds, but mine never stops.

Mine does the same thing, won't quit cycling through the different zones. I can't find any info on it.

THE C350
When it won't quit cycling that means that their is usually an issue at one of the stepper motors. Best bet is to get the car hooked up to a star machine and it will tell you where the fault is.
