I have the Maya DTM in 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 in the rears with a 32 offset plus H&R sport springs and I do not have any rubbing issue at all.
The shop accidentally gave me one front wheel in an offset of 34 and the tire immeditaley rubbed. I got the other one fixed and have had no issue at all.
You might want to check the spring pad. I heard you can change these to different sizes.
