Repair history from dealership - transmission flush

Repair history from dealership - transmission flush
I am about to purchase a 2005 Mercedes C230K. I went to a local Mercedes dealer and asked for a copy of repair history. The man behind the counter said he isn't allowed to give me a copy because I don't own this car yet.
I politely asked him to look up in the history and see if this car had any transmission flush. He looked up in the computer and said the transmission was checked in February 2010 and it was labelled as "transmission A-12". I asked him what does it mean, he said he had no idea what is it.
Does anyone know what "transmission A-12" mean? I think it must be some kind of code?
