Siren going off randomly?
It on the passenger side (US spec car) behind the right front wheel - behind the fender lining, It's one bolt/nut and one plug. there is a new part number that supersedes the old part number. Slight variation in how it mounts. I paid ~$160 from dealer.

The alarm siren has internal batteries ( for back-up if your main 12V battery goes dead - and they go bad over time, leak and corrode the circuit board in the alarm. Then they do all of the symptoms you are describing when they go bad. It may even just go off randomly. I drove home -15 mile trip - with it going off the whole time. Here's a thread that may help...
