Mercedez-Benz C350
I can't start my car.

The car(C350) was totally fine before I left for a travel.
When I come back and try to drive it, I can't start the car,
and it says"ABS and ESP Currently Unavailable See Operator's Manual" and
"SRS Malfunction Service Required".
I wonder what's wrong with it?
Can anybody help me?

S.O.S.

THE C350
original battery? I would guess it is and it needs to be replaced. Either way check voltages and let us know what they are at.

Thank you. The car was good before I left, but would the battery run out when I had not been driving it for a week?

Where do you live? Is it a cold climate? Either way I would either check the battery out yourself or get someone to do it. Also make sure to use proper battery as many places will try to sell you a underrated battery. I use a genuine battery as I know it will work and that it will last a lot longer than most any brand a parts store would sell you. let us know how that goes.

Yes, it is a cold climate. I called the school security today and they tried to do a jump start but they failed. Maybe they were not professional enough and they did not know much about the car. Then I called the Mercedez-Benz they said it should be the problem to the battery. I will call the M-B roadside next time to figure it out. Hope that it won't be a big problem because I can't believe everything become broken for I had not driven it for 10 days.

Not more than 3 weeks ago it was sub zero for several days. My car sat in my garage for 7 days w/out being started. When I did try to start the car it was dead; battery was barely 1 yr old.

The guy I bought it from told me he had the seat modules unplugged because they were draining the battery. I can only assume the battery was drained/jumped several times before he figured out it was the seats and unplugged them. Maybe the fact it was drained a couple times ruined a cell or two and then left un started for 7 days in near zero temps drained it again. It jumped ran fine but wouldn't hold a charge more than 24hrs. I replaced it with one from autozone and it's held a charge.
