2005 C240 low beam problem
Got a left low beam bulb out error. Replaced the H7 bulb, now the light works sometimes then other times doesn't work.
Could this be a bigger problem (Sam) unit?
What should I check now?

When they get to be several years old an intermittent in the SAM is rare. I would double check my installation and make sure the lamp capsule is well seated and making good contact with the housing. Look at the terminals too for any corrosion, and shine them up if necessary. The last thing is, just because it is a new lamp does not mean it is a good lamp.
