C240 Keeps Stalling
I have a 2003 C240. It keeps stalling out and won't restart after driving for 15 minutes or so. It has a new battery. I just replaced the Crank Position Senor thinking that would fix it. On the test drive after the CPS was replaced it died again. It will crank then catch for a second and then stall. I disconnected both vaccuum lines to the fuel pressure regulator and no fuel was present. With the key on the fuel pump runs. IF I let is sit overnight, it will start right up and be ok the next day until it stalls again. It is not giving any codes. Any help with this issue is appreciated. Thank you.

The fuel pressure regulator is inside the fuel filter on a 2003. What vacuum lines did you disconnect?
Check fuel pressure at the Schrader valve on the front fuel rail that connects the injectors. s/b > 3.8 bar or 55 psi while cranking.
If not replace the fuel filter.
If this does not regain pressure then your fuel pump is tired & needs replacement.
