Need help with error code P2004

So I had an Indy pull three codes off my check engine light- P2004, P2044 and P201C. The one I'm really confused about is the P2004. Indy said the scanner read for P2004 was "Altitude Pressure Sensor."

From research, it seems there's multiple P2004 codes. The closest I found seems to be P2004, B18 (High pressure sensor). So it would seem my problem something simple like just replacing a temperature sensor. HOWEVER, I posed this question to the forum the other day and someone came back with a video (below) that says a P2004 error is a broken tumbler flap on the intake manifold that would require taking out the manifold- I certainly don't wanna go through all that if I don't have to. Can you please advise?

Nice. Thanks VVF. So what am I replacing? The Indy told me I needed a new internal thermometer- does he mean a temperature sensor? The reading said "Altitude Pressure Sensor." Pelican Parts has a lot of sensors! Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thx,

see PM reply.

Scott. Only a proper Benz Star can sort out what P2004 means on a Benz. It could be the altitude sensor but that is by no means guaranteed. You have to get the car onto a Star.

Your car is a 2005 so it has the M271 4 cylinder engine ~ Yes? If so it can't be a tumbler flap on the inlet manifold. That only applies to the M272 V6.

Throttle lever was broken

Thanks for posting that video. I had P2004 a few days ago, watched the video, pulled the intake manifold, and sure enough, that plastic throttle lever piece was broken! Exactly like in the video! I called All German Auto, ordered their replacement part along with the manifold gasket, and it should be here Friday.

Thanks again. That $200 piece saved me thousands of dollars from the MB dealer.

I suspect it broke from below zero temperatures in Vermont.
