MBWorld Fanatic!
Custom turbos are a lot easier to install (after which can be a nightmare...) but grab any old T3, some copper tubing if not self oiled, some steam pipe and even radiator hose for an intake and BOOM...8psi in a weekend. Of the few custom Super Charger projects I have been involved with...not worth it...

Out Of Control!!
A C32 swap is more "realistic" (check Wavykat's thread - very impressive), though both projects would be cheaper if you just sold your 240 and bought the car that you really wanted instead.
