Mercedes Benz C320

Hello All,
I have a 2004 C320 Sedan.
For the past couple months, especially in the colder months, my car would occasionally die if I left the lights on while it was off for even a few minutes. Also, it would hesitate a bit to start each time.
Last week, it finally died. It starts when I jump start it, but as soon as I shut it off, even after driving it for a while, it won't start again. The radio, lights, and windows still work. It also clicks a couple times when I attempt to start it as if it's attempting to turn over, immediately after it makes a weird noise that sounds like flowing liquid or something, that's the best way I can describe the noise I'm sorry.
Am I looking at a new battery? Alternator? Starter? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What's the battery voltage? If the radio/lights work, then there's just not enough juice to crank the engine. You may want to try to use a charger to bring it up to speed and see if it dies again.
Also check the voltages at idle vs at 2k RPM when you manage to jump-start it.
Should be something like 13v-ish and 14.4v, respectively.
This will tell you if your alternator is charging properly.

You can use any voltmeter.
Or you can go to a secret menu in the dash and check the voltage there.
