Dealer says it's already in transit to Atlanta, so hopefully by end of day Tuesday I'll have it (from Jacksonville).
Have to give my local dealer, RBM of Atlanta some major bonus points. Originally told it should be here a week ago, so I made arrangements to sell my current car. When the delay occured, I mentioned to my sales guy that it it HAD to be here by Thursday the 11th, when I'm selling car, or I'd be without any means of transportation.
Without hesitation he offered a free MB loaner Wednesday night if my car wasn't yet here, which I could keep until it arrived. Pretty sweet deal considering I'm just really a potential customer at this point, with zero prior relationship with the dealer.

This is my 1st MB experience, so perhaps that type of service isn't uncommon with this mark, but neither BMW or Porsche ever made such efforts while I waited on those new cars.

Congrats on you new baby. I remember the wait and it was long but well worth it. I placed my order Nov. 25 03 and my baby celebrats her 1 year birthday Dec. 17. It then took another month and a half to get to San Diego, but it was worth it and looking back on it funny how worked up I got. Congrats again and post pics when you can!
