A couple of days before pickup, I called the dealer and told them I could do the changer for about 665 installed, but would rather get ti from them. The came down to $725, which was OK for me. That was in CT at Greenwich MB.
I suggest a last minute "give me your best price so I can buy it from you wonderful people who are selling me the car" routine. They might be willing to do it rather than see the cd sale go elsewhere.

You may have to re-paint it yourself.
They're available on the mbusa.com web site, but you can't specify which wheels you prefer - it's hit or miss. So your best bet is to check all the MB dealers in your area, or toy stores and Sharper Image franchises. Good luck.

tommy suggested Rockland Park - smack-dab in the middle of the Tri-State area. Just need to pick a date. Preferably when the wheather's more predictable - sunshine would be nice, especially for the foto-op. Otherwise, tommy's mug shot will come out looking kinda drab, which doesn't go with the smurf image
