COMPLICATED PROBLEM HELP

Hi guys, everything started 2 months ago when i washed my car.First i got my radiator fan always running and "Battery/alternator visit workshop"red lamp. After a week everything was gone for a little and now its back again.Nowadays its raining here and when it gets wet and all the consumers are on I get in the lcd display "undervoltage, turn off consumers" . Everything seemed to be good and i continue driving the car.Just the radiator fan was always running.Soon i decided to fix the car and problems started to become bigger. In the evenings my dashboard was flashing, sometimes on sometimes off,my headlights did not work....one day work, one day stop.My battery is 6 months still in warrenty and is fine.So i decided to measure the Voltage. When engine off multimeter was 12.7, when on -12.9 . Radiator fan always running on high speen 5 sec after i start engine.Never stop. I decided problem is coming from alternator and bought a recycled one. When i went to change it the mechanic took my alternator off and test it.AND IT WAS FINE! it was fine! now i have 2 alternators and a car in bad condition.I just dont know what to do,and he seem to dont have idea for the problem too. The car is 2003 mercedes c 200 kompressor ( coupe) .
When raining my washers stop working, when not they are ok,when raining i dont have dashboard lights, headlights and so on....i really dont know where the problem comes from and need help.
I checked all the fuses everything is fine.I had water drains full with leaves and so on but i fixed it.Also the SRS light come on on my dashboard,a full MESS.

Pull up your carpets and check for water. Also look in the bottom of your engine bay fuse box for water. Should be bone dry.

of course it needs to be changed, it was under water. You have a serious problem. The water will never stop entering your car.

You need to clean the windshield cowl drains. The cowl fills up with water and spills into the fuse box and down into the interior of the car.

Remove front wheels. remove fender liners. Behind the liners you'll thee the black rubber drain full of mud and crud. You need to clean this out.

Clean until you can pour water into your windshield cowl and see it run clean out this drain.

Replace the corroded electronics. Maybe you can open the case and clean them with electronic cleaner and a toothbrush, but i doubt it.

Thank you very much! You are right! I did remove front wheels and fender lines and i did clear the drain full with leaves.now i can pour water into my windshield cowl.tommorow i will change front sam but i wonder is it possible for the water to come this place from the front hood holes.and is the sam obly possible reason for : dipped beams, not working washers, not lights in the dashboard, red light battery/alternatir visit workshop, undervoltage turnu iff consumers/ and so on...alternator is 100% fine.

Try to gently clean it with 90% alcohol and assess the damage. Looks like it's too bad though...

Yeah that is exactly what I was describing. A couple cans of electronic contact cleaner and a toothbrush might get you up and running for a while, but I recommend replacement.
