has anyone ported their engines if so where, how much and how much hp gains.

I would not bother PP our engines unless they produced more power. I assume the gains would be very litte and cost a arm and leg to do. what kind of gains are you tryin gto achieve? how much power you looking for? what kind of money are you willing to spend?

I have to agree with the previous post. This is a way to get the last bit of performance out of a race car engine of specific displacement. I think a blower would give more bang for the dollar.

One positive is that it would be stealth...wouldn't void the warranty.

i think PP will give you around 900 hp and you can get it done by your mother and it will cost 1300 dollars haha

I shop that I know say they can get about whp300 for around $5-6 grand. It includes custom ported heads and cams port and polished intake manifold, and software.

I was just wondering if this was feasible?

Another question does anyoe kow if a E320 supercharger would fit a clk320. Because for some reason i found an E320 supercharger for about $1500 less than the same supercharger for a clk320!

Porting and Polishing is definately worth the money.. why do all race motors have completely built ported and polished engines... Brabus, Renntech, Carlsson, BRI, all carry machining services to their custom built engines...It's the first step to monster power!
