A/C won't blow air, replaced regulator resistor, still nothing...
Any other suggestions?
Edit:
So I bit the bullet and replaced the motor and it worked. Both ebay parts from same store. Ac blowing again yay!
Then arose more problems...
1. the ac stays on for a few minutes after the car is off.
2. The ac runs full blast when on manual... and when on auto it sounds like its running full blast but it seems to throw the air somewhere else.
I still have conytols of the temp but not the blower it seems. Any reason this maybe happening? This never happened before. The good thing is since the motor was probably the fault part originally I still have the old regulator so I am going to try that tonight and see if it maybe the new regulator I installed that is faulty. Pleade any feedback is welcomed.

Make sure nothing has fallen into the bower motor. When i bought my car the person had not put the cabin air filter in correctly and a leaf had gotten stuck in my blower motor. the leaf stopped the motor from starting (oddly that doesn't take much).
Another test would be to turn on the car and blower motor, remove the cabin air filter, and reach your hand in there and spin the motor. If it starts the motor is good if not then remove it and test it outside the car to a 12v source. If it works then test to make sure the wires connecting to the motor from the car are getting 12v (or around there). If not continue tracing back until you get 12v.
