Wheel offset

I was looking at a set of wheels off craigslist. They are AMG wheels, and says from a clk/slk. They are the correct size for the front, 17 x 7.5. But the offset is 37mm, instead of the standard 36mm.

Is that close enough not matter, or should I take a pass?

Do you know how big 1 mm is?

I suspect that on a Formula 1 car, trying to shave of 1/100 of a second lap times.. 1mm offset would make a world of difference.. but...
