2003 C320 or 2004 C320
I have a chance to get a 2003 C320 sedan brand new for $33,000 sticker price $40,000. What is the difference if any between the 03 and 04? I was looking to get a 04 230 sedan but if I can get a new 03 320, thats probably the best bang for the buck. Thanks for your help.

If its from a stealer you better make sure it hasn't been placed in service of some sorts. Because the warranty starts the minute it is. Plus, if he did, there is probably some MB incentive that he gets. On the Coupe's they did a $5000 dealer incentive (on top of consumer rebates) once after they had been placed into service of some way or another.

Don't think there's enough difference to justify paying $3k more. $33K sounds like a great deal for a C320 and to get a C230 with the same stuff that comes on that C320 I bet you'll pay close to that, at least over $30k. The C320 is an excellent car, good smooth quiet power. Wish I had the C320 as a choice when coupe shopping 2 years ago.
