As they're not legal in the US, you pretty much need to order from overseas. www.autolamps-online.com is in England and is selling them for $40 US. I ordered mine online and they arrived in California a week later.

The vision plus have been clinically proven to give off more light and with a better pattern. Thus I would like them for my high beams and fog lights. I do alot of night driving and I need all the extra help i can at night cause my night vision is bad.

I have the Philips BlueVision all around, and they do give out an ocean of light. As much, if not more, than the stock lights. Only in a very nice clear white instead of the factory yellow. This is especially true of the fog lights, which originally came from the factory with a very strong yellow color.
I got mine from http://www.powerbulbs.com/, they arrived a week later in perfect condition. I used the original packages to store the factory bulbs (for emergency replacements).
