Broken jack point
I was replacing the front sway bar bushings on my C320 when I absent mindedly forgot to put a piece of wood between my bottle jack and the front center jacking point. The jack's pad is quite small and usually I put a block of wood to increase the surface area so as not to damage the plastic jack point. I forgot the the thing went straight through and broke the plastic 'cover' thing, there is now a gaping hole in the tray where the plastic should've been. I continued with the block of wood in place but is the damage serious?

No, just replace it. It's cheap. The problem is your jack, though. Get a better floor Jack with a large Jack point and you'll be better long-term.

I checked with a local supplier, the part's around $13 NZD so that isn't a problem, though I didn't bother to get a good look at it when I broke it. Just by looking at the bit that's fallen off doesn't give me a clue on how to replace it. I'll jack the car up again soon (properly) and remove the tray, hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult.
Part of it's actually still stuck in the car, there is a short plastic cylinder that is supposed to make up the center of what I just broke in the image, and the jack forced that up into a hole in the metal assembly directly above it.

Yes, I believe that it's a sunken bolt in the middle that attaches it to the car. I replaced mine years ago, and don't remember it being confusing as to how it attaches. Should be a piece of cake (especially if I can do it ).

The supplier said the thing just came by itself, i.e no bolts or screws attached, will I need to get anything else to re-attach it? (Sorry if I sound a bit paranoid, I'm a bit OCD about my car)

Problem solved, the supplier actually didn't have it and they recommended I get one from the dealer, should be here in 5 days.
I did a bit of searching and according to thread here from 2013, the installation is indeed very simple, all I need to do is remove the fragments of the old one from the car and just whack the new one in.

Hey my friend, I did the same today, I am just very angry about myself...
And the most important thing is that, the center of this parts (that circle thing of the jack pad) might drop in the hole of my car.
So did you have the same experience? How did you get the broken parts out of your car? thank you!

Thanks for the kind words.
The belly pan doesn't need to be removed.
The centre circular pin pulls out. Just use a screwdriver.
Once the pin is out, the 4 tabs can flex inwards, which allow for removal.

Just for posterity since all you lazy &*(! didn't bother to post part numbers
The 4 jack points under the side skirt are 2039970186- I ordered a set of 4 off ebay for $25, we'll see how
long they take to get here. Wholesale at Mercedes they're 10 bucks each.
And the one under the engine required a call to a dealer
0029976186 about $6 wholesale $10-15 with shipping ordered
from a dealer.
Cheers!
EDIT: MY BAD! I see Slammer DID post one part numbers, and I'm the dumass that didn't see it!
