12mm Adjustable Sway Bar End Links

Just wanted to let everyone know I've been trading off e-mails with a guy at HP Autowerks. Looks from their website they do mostly BMW work but they caught my attention because they sell some w203 adjustable sway bar links. The ones on their website are for the 10mm bolt diameter which is on regular w203, the AMGs have the 12mm. He's been telling me that he can fabricate the 12mm ones for me. I thought I would throw it out to everyone on here who may be interested in adjustable links that need the 12mm. I'm thinking maybe if they are making more than just 1 for me maybe we can get a deal together.

Also, Merry Xmas everyone!

Alright, so TruTaing and I have been exchanging PMs and discussing this. So here is what we have gotten to between that and my e-mails with HP Autowerks:

1) If we can get 5 or more people to buy in, they will take 10% the price. Not much but hey, 10% is better than nothing. Maybe if we're lucky we can negotiate a little bit lower. Price is $160 minus 10% so $144.

2) We are trying to determine the length measurement. The HP guy asked me for a center of bolt to center of bolt measurement and I took it and got 11" long for the OEM link. He stated he could make the adjustable link at 11.5" and it would have a 1" range of adjustment so from 11.5-12.5" adjustability. Considering that the PSS9 coils I'm about to put on have a lowering range (based on Bilstein) of 25-40mm, so 1" to maybe 1-3/4", I'm debating on whether or not the longer link gives me an acceptable range.

TruTaing can chime in on his personal experience with adjustable links, but he's been telling me that with the lower car a shorter end link is working better for him. So now I'm torn with which way it should go. I'm going to try drawing it out on a piece of paper and thinking about it. If anyone has any thoughts on this, feel free to throw in some comments.

Update: if we're "one person short of the GB, they will honor the 10% discount." So we only need 4 of us if we can get that!

Just wanted to say thank you for finding the link and company that makes the 12mm adjustable endlinks!! Was having trouble finding a company that made them.

Purchased them and planning to install the H&R sway bars soon, I went with Bilstein B14/PSS coil overs. Excited to feel the outcome.

No problem! I had Bilstein PSS9, H&R sways, and these end links so it'll be an almost identical setup. It turns the car into a handling beast! I unfortunately just sold the C55 a couple of weeks ago but that's okay because the search for an E55/C63 is ongoing
