Yup, looks like 8 is the majority so far.
Love the car, but really shouldn't have to spend as much time in the shop as it has. So I gave it an 8. Still, not bad for a 1st year model.
a 9 or or 10 would have to be less time in the shop, and
never having to go in for anything after delivery except oil.
Lexus claims to do that...or maybe LExus buyers just are more tolerant?

I voted 8. Only had 2 minor problems that were handled at "A" Service & they didn't give me a hard time about my mods. I always get an MB loaner and sometimes I even get to pick which one(Ccoupe, Csedan, ML). They didn't get a 10 because they don't offer cookies or a decent lounge & forget to call when the car is ready.

I voted 5 - its freakin ridiculous to have to bring a car in for so many things...I don't give a crap if it is the first year of the car COMPARE IT TO THE IS300.
here's a FEW probs:
radio died(...produced a irritating thunk noise that I couldn't shut off!!!)
all seat adjustments on drivers seat failed
transmission fluid leak (when I picked it up, on the way home they had overfilled the engine oil....WTF)
replaced rear window
pax vanity light didn't work 50% of the time (I know these are really hi-tech and hard to get just right....yeah sure!)
replaced radiator and cooling fan (faulty...of course the fault msg popped up as soon as I started the car in the service driveway when I was picking up the car for other probs!)
