My Back NEEDs HELP !!!

i have been suffering from the driver seat (C230 C7 & C5 leather). For the whole year now and getting worse.
Either It gives better lumbar support or I need a new back.

Neither is possible so can someone suggest a nice and affordable thingy for this much needed support? I tried Google it but there aren't that many to look at and non are worth the trouble (IMHO).

If you do know of a product or a place on or off net PLEASE help.

Thanks

Griot's Garage (www.griotsgarage.com) sells lumbar supports. Check'em out.

Also Relax-the-back stores have them (at least in Charlotte they do).

multicontour seats should be able to be retrofitted. Ask steve for this. Add a air pump in trunk, wire it to rear SAM, add 4 air bags and air control.

The 2 things that helped me the most when getting used to our 230k seats was 1) stretching my hamstrings and 2) training my abdominal muscles. That took me from having to walk in a sorta bent-over position after a 2-hour drive to now just popping out of the car and grabbing the bags from the trunk. hth

Benzer,
Try The Healthy Back Store. They have a branch right in your town:

11058 Lee Highway
Fairfax, VA 22030
703-591-1499

I bought these two lumbar support pillows from them, tried them both for a couple of months, and returned the one I was less comfortable with (they have a 90-day money back guarantee).

I kept the smaller one, Transit Lumbar.

I've got the multi-function seat and it does help a bit. But the seat cushion is harder than most other cars and sometimes it is hard to get comfortable, even with more lumbar support. Especially on long drives, I have to adjust more than normal. I dont like a real soft seat, but I wish we had seats that were a bit more forgiving. I think this is only a leather seat problem. The cloth seats are more comfortable to me.

Tried my buddy's Coupe with clothe. Like you said the material was much more pliable and I didn't slip or slide at all during the 45 minutes drive.
