2005 c230k

lowering c230

I have a 2005 c230 kompressor and I've been looking around and reading a lot about springs. I know an alignment will be needed after, but is there anything else I should be looking into? I was going to purchase some tein springs next week and install them in my garage. Wondering if there are some steps I should take or consider before hand.

Mine is lowered with stock wheels. Did not do much to it but install the springs and got it aligned. Unless you have bigger wheels, you will need spacers and lug bolts. If you have low profile tires, get a metal valve stems as the cheap ones are prone to popping out. Happened to me 2x already when I had my 18's.

Thanks for the fast reply. Mine has the sport package. Stock wheels, i dont plan on changing them for awhile. So it looks like all i need to worry about after putting the springs on is getting an alignment.
