Actually, HD doesn't need a loaner program because the average HD owner/poseur only puts 500 miles per year on the bike, mostly spend on 4 mile Sunday round trips to the local Starbucks for some profilin'.

Is HD still a motorcycle mfr? I was at OC Harley with a buddy a couple of weekends ago, and it seems like HD is mostly in the clothing business now.

I heard of one person who's electrode broke on their NGK Iridium plug, and the electrode ended up falling into the engine and blowing the engine.[/QUOTE]

That's probably because they tried to change the gap, when Denso specifically says not to!

Don't throw out useless speculation like that unless you can back it up with facts!!

On my supercharged and modded Buick I have Autolite plugs one step colder. Most of the L67 guys recommond these if you are going with a smaller pulley. For naturally asperated engines NGK was pretty popular among the serious drag guys. Point being that fancy *** platinum/titanium/iridium plugs don't necessarily equate to better performance. Its all smoke and mirrors. Remember splitfire?
