Daughters C230 has a left front parking light that stays on when the car is off. Dash cluster reads "Parking Lamp Left Front"
Any idea why and how to get it to turn off?

Well I assume you have the headlight switch set to off or auto correct?
If so I believe others have said it was due to a bad front sam.

Switch was in the correct position, yes. Also the drivers front headlight was out and a warning for the parking lamp lit on the cluster.
Car is at my Mercedes mechanic now, should be fixed tomorrow.
I'll let you guys all know what the problem is when I hear.
