try this cloning service? I am not an expert but talk to this guy about your problem and you might get your answer.

I think you are from another country earlier but you bought a usa car. Maybe you can send it to a usa dealer and they can put it on star and flash it from their records what the vehicle needs.

edit, it looks like if your ecu has fail, you can send it to them and they can pull the data off and clone a new on again
