and you have put the car on a lift and demomnstarted that all four calipers do not retract to a point that does not cause drag??

your parking brake is adjusted properly??

Yes all four calipers do not retract. Plus I just changed out the front calipers and after bleeding they don't retract. Parking brake only engages the back wheels. I'm beginning to think that all 4 flex lines are collapsed.

THE C350
If you crack the bleeder then no pressure is going to the calipers so they should not have issues.
I would replace the flex lines once you figure out whats going on it is a good practice as I assume your car is an 02-04 and has over 125k on it and you are already doing major work on the brake system.

So lets go back to the basics when were the brakes last replaced? OEM parts?
If you were to take the rebuilt calipers off how far out are they? Can you push them back in easily? What company did you get the rebuilds from?
