Price of spring install in Bay Area?

I was just wondering how much I should expect to spend to have my new Eibach springs installed. I'm sure it all depends on where I take the car, but is it something that your average wheel/tire shop can do easily and inexpensively? I want to make sure it gets done right, but don't wanna get ripped off just because it's a benz. Also, if anyone can recommend a shop in the San Jose/South Bay Area, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Really depends on where you go. Socal is a lot cheaper than Norcal.

Ping me... I may be of some assistance.

Car and Driver spent $500 to get springs put on their long-term Camry. They charge what people are willing to pay.

The MB dealer here in Tucson told me they would charge me about $250 for the spring/shock install and then would need to do a re-alignment for $400...so, total of $650. This was about a year ago...when I was checking into pricing. Havent done anything yet.

Youd have to be a dip ***** to pay $400 for alignment.

The W203 has an annoying rear spring setup, where you have to gain access to the strut tops through the trunk. I could see a shop charging up to $350 and being reasonable. I fyou can get $150 you are extremely lucky.

You shouldnt pay more than $60 for a good hunter alignment.
