Help urgent! c230 coupe 2003 missfire ,rough on idle
Ok so i bought my c230 coupe 2003 in December it was good until 2 months ago, then i had lost of power ,rough idle and bad mpg this was what i did:
code was p0301 misfire cyl 1 (the rough idle is not all the time only when i put the car in park or neutral for 3-5 minutes)
- i change the plugs it worked for 1 day the next day it was the usual
-next i change coil 4 to 1 it worked for half a trip to my friends house
change 3 to 1 the same happen
- then i change the fuel injector work for half a day the mechanic said compression on cyl 1 =120 psi cyl 2=140 cyl 3 and 4=180 he said maybe the computer
-next i cleaned the contacts of 'twin camshaft sensors, computer, each coil,and the MAF" it worked for 10 min but only a little more power
-just now i change the 12$ hose worked for 5 min i accelerated hard to test and it was good then i stopped
right now i only have the check engine code for camshaft sensor and have almost no power struggling to get past 75 mph foot down getting like 14-17 mpg
i don't know what to do next any help will be appreciated ask anything, thank you
Edit- i forgot to say that acceleration has like a second of delay or "hesitate/sputter on acceleration problem" 170.000miles

Do you think that will be the answer ? when the rough idle started b the sensor was working it was like in the middle of the process when it stop working, and it had a plastic tie that i remove (last owner put it i think) will upload pictures tomorrow

just change the sensors and catalytic converter and just seafoam the problem still there but no cel codes anymore, will do ecu reset tomorrow and oil change

Did you fix your issue ?
I have similar symptoms on my C240 2002: engine shaking on idling, not instant acceleration and not the best gas mileage
I changed all spark plugs and MAF
Camshaft was replaced last year
Did you have your catalytic converter replaced ?
