Hi guys, I have a problem with my 2002 c220. It happens usually after leaving the car outside overnight and when I come in the morning I have to press the unlock button for million times even if I point it straight to the door reciever it just doesn't recognize it. Sometimes I am in a rush and just open the driver side door with the metal key manually and then alarm goes off. I don't have any problems with my radio and I checked no. 8 fuse in the sam as well. All good. It is the same with both keys. Other times when it works I can unlock and lock the car from like 20 metres or even more. Plz can anyone help???

The central locking system is a very complicated system to correct faults without good diagnostics---however look to the obvious---key batteries and door sensors---afterthat it starts to get serious!!
