Hi guys,

The rear window on the passenger's side was going up and down very slowly, so I pulled the door panel and found too much slack in the cable. The real problem is that the window is VERY hard to move after disconnecting the regulator.

Is there some kind of adjustment in the rails that could unjam it?

Nope, time for a new one!!

 

Time for new tracks? I have never heard of resorting to that. Isn't there a recommended lubricant maybe? I would have thought tracks would get looser with age, not tighter. I did install a new regulator and it is marginally better.
