Parking brake shoe lever, Help!

Parking brake shoe lever, Help!
Hey guys, I need help with this one.
I bought a 2003 c320 without a functional parking brake, I figured it would be no big deal.
So I ordered new pads and hardware only to discover that there's a piece missing connecting the parking brake cable to the brake pads.
Actually the whole parking brake assembly is missing and the parking brake cable end is tie-wrapped around the hub.
Below is a picture of the missing parts.
Where the F can I find this part name, number, or whatever needed to aquire it???
It seems to be a two part piece connected by a pin.
