Action Tire in Lodi, NJ is a very good shop. They're on Rte. 46, a little west of NJ Rte. 17. They've done some work for me, and it's been good so far.
There's also Rapid Parts in Monsey, NY. They do mostly VW/Audi, but they've got a very good reputation.
