Balancing Shaft timing marks?

Balancing Shaft timing marks?
Help gentlemen!

I'm in the middle of swapping the cylinder head.

I'm replacing both timing chains.

Does anyone know how to set the timing marks on the Balancer shaft
pulleys?

I only see the timing marks on front of the pulleys.

Left pulley pointing at 1 o'clock,and the Right pulley is at 3 o'clock.

or should I just thread the new chain in with the same position as the old one?

Not sure if there was an issue while the car was running.

I have replaced all the slide rails and chains on my c200 CGI w204 m271 how do i set the balance shaft timing with the cam shafts
