Nope, it's a 240. You can tell by the HVAC. The 320s have the digital. Didn't stop him from buying the numbers for the back of his car.

Good call, I didn't even look at the other pics once i saw the 320 on the back. I thought it was just a retard selling the car

 

I imagine it would be hard to sell the car otherwise. A quick check of the VIN would tell any potential buyer that it was a C240 and not a C320.

At least he added the zero and didn't try to pass it as a C32.
