Evosport...

a MONTH ago I ordered my pre painted side lenses, and I have been patiently waiting. But the wait is getting long and Bradley does not seem to answer my emails.

I wonder if ill get my lenses soemday this damn year..

Im a bit pissed...

please don't tell me they suck... that would be a shame.

their website really really needs work! (ben, constructive criticism) not as bad as autoclass but it could be a lot better and complete.

yeah..

And a delay is reasonable for any company, but a 1 MONTH DELAY for 2 small pieces? what the hell?

Have you asked them for loaner while you are waiting for your parts (LOL). Just give them a call. I called today and got straight through to Brad.

Lense delays

We sent an email out to all our customers who had ordered painted items. Here is the message:

Due to overwhelming interest in these items, our paint shop has been overwhelmed with work, thus effecting the turn-around time to get these items to you. Please know that we are working diligently at mitigating this situation and we will NOT charge you for your item until it is ready to ship. Last week we sent out an e-mail stating the situation with the lenses as Simon has posted here. I personally have been responding to all e-mails sent to brad@evosport.com, however, as my responder has sent out when mails have come in, I have been out of town for 5 of the last 7 days. If you are sending e-mails to me that is why you have not gotten a responce yet.

We appreciate your frustration, however we can tell you that it is not two simple little parts. In order to produce these and sell them at the prices we do we have to order and manufacture (paint) large quanitities at a time. Then, when they come back, they are never 100% perfect. Which means more time and labor to make sure that these are perfect when they get to you. I can tell you this is far from a simple process!
