C200K 1.8L Auto RWD Engine Oil Type & Grade?
Howdy,
Having been made redundant and having to give back the Co Lease C220 BlueTec with less than 1,000 miles (grrr), i've now purchased my a MB outright. Vehicle details in my signature (as per forum guidelines
).
Question: Electronic dip-stick asking for 1L of engine oil - but what type should I use????
Best answer, (although there's a lot of opinion on other boards, rather than fact, it would seem), is:
Fully Synthetic 5W40
stated for a C200K 1.8L M111.980(engine-type) 1995, specifically.
Can anybody please confirm, or challenge with a credible source, above oil spec???
