Mercedes C320 valve cover gasket

Anyone familiar with sequence and torque specs in tightening down bolts on a valve cover gasket for a 2003 Mercedes c320?

The only caution is making sure that the gasket is properly seated in the rear cover sealing groves----there is no tightening sequence--9Nm torque!!
