Mercedes '03 C230K Limp mode, car shake/vibration issues
Hello!
I have a MB 2003 C230 Kompressor which I bought a year ago.
The car has 172,000km on it and I recently encountered problems with it.
The car would shake and vibrate at stops and when you drive, it would feel different. The engine was sounding like it was about to turn of too, until we gave it gas. But once you turn the car on and off, the problem would go away but come back later.
Took it to a mechanic, they said a vacuum plug was out, and a circulation plug was out. They did that and once taken for a test, the car shook (maybe cause there was no gas).
We took it back to another mechanic and they changed spark plugs and oil.
But this time, the car gear shift is delayed. When the car drives, it shifts gears awkwardly. It isn't smooth and the gear doesn't always go up until you push it yourself to the right to shift up or down.
The car would then stop speeding and it wouldn't go over 60.
Then the car would start shaking at a stop.
This issue is bugging us now and we are close to taking it to a Mercedes service centre but we pay and it makes no difference to the car. I don't wanna waste money for diagnosis on something they can't repair fully, as two mechanics already tried. One even said there was some timing issue.
Please help, much appreciate can.

It's better to plug it to STAR first to see whats happen with the car,
In my experience, even a clogged fuel filter can cause vibration n shake to the engine. When did the last time you change it?
Bad engine mounting can cause vibration as well...
And so other things,
Thats why its important to let the computer see what actually happen on the engine
