Terrible noise

Mercedes W203 2.7 CDI, 2002, Manual
it's sound like valve lifter ? it's not too loud ? My car mechanic said it could be piston or bolt/pin in piston, camshaft, or "pan" ? Could it be something like that ? Sorry for my english, I hope you understand me

ps. I'm not mechanic, I think valve lifter sounds more "softly". Noise in my car is "hard". Like hitting with hammer in something hard. But maybe you have right.

Back to the valve tap ... here is a video that illustrates a bad crankshaft bearing and how to check for it:
I still think your noise sounds like a valve tap based on the thinness of the sound. If it was a solid knocking sound I would suspect crankshaft/rods. But I may be wrong ...

Sounds to me like a bad rod bearing. What you can do is while it is running, get a pair of plastic pliers (used just for this purpose) and pull out each plug wire one by one (put wire back after each one). If it is a rod bearing the noise will quiet down when you get to the bad bearing since now there is no compression load on the bearing.
