C230 Wide body questions
Hello Gentleman.
I am starting a track car project with a 2002 C230.
Any body have or know of any wide fender solution for the car. Either direct fit, or something I can modify? Looking for reasonable solutions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

there is barely any aftermarket support for the w203 unless you order from Germany, specialty websites, and the like - even then there are not really the parts you are looking for IIRC - just simply body kits and AMG-look parts. A lot of the body kits that came out when these cars were new are discontinued...
Your best bet is to go custom. If it's for the track, a simple fender cut and over-fender solution would probably be easiest for you. Can use a universal over fender and cut it to fit... and cut the fenders to fit your wheels...

It is not for the faint of heart. Cutting into your front fenders, meh. Cutting into your rear quarter panel, that is an entirely different story.
The only proper widebody w203 I can think of is this C55.
I don't know much of the back story behind this build, except that it was custom made and it was expensive.
HG motorsport's C55 track car is rocking the CLk63BS front bumper and fenders. Since then, it has been placed on the market for 24k with less than 9k miles on it.
Besides those two, theres the morello fenders with vents that are pretty conservative and not too flashy. However I don't think they are wider than stock. Even then, they might not be direct fit and will take some modifications to fit in place.
Then you have the universal fender flares. I have 2.5 up front to accommodate for my 9in wheels up front and 1in in the rears. If you go that route, I would recommend http://zgfenderflares.com/ they are handmade in San Diego, and he offers life time warranty.
