Hello I have a 2006 c280 and my RF signal for my key remote quit working. I took it to the dealer and they quoted me $1400 to repair it. They said it needs the antenna amplifier replaced under the headliner. Does anyone know how to change it and if you have to pull the whole headliner off? Also what would be the part number for it? Thanks

I found the antenna amp on the drivers side rear window it is part 203 870 2689. Does anyone have step by step pictures or instructions on how to replace it?

It is double stick taped to window glass under headliner. You can remove C pillar trim and partially drop the headliner to change it.

If you need to remove the c pillar trim - Google, or look on EBay for interior (inside) pictures for the trim tabs and hooks...
