Lowering spring question
Did a quick search, didn't see anything really, unless I'm just blind. But I have the opportunity to get some H&R springs for free, only catch is they are for a W203 C240, I am wondering if these will fit my 03 C230 sport?

Get a part # from the seller and use it to check fitment on H&R's website and/or Tirerack.
My initial thought is that as long as the C240 they came off is not a 4Matic they should be ok for your C230.
