slow temperature rising

i have change my old thermostat with new. but today outside temp was 7 deg. and i was driving about 16km about 18 minutes to rise 80 deg. is it normal that?

Not normal a 7 deg C day...not normal for a 7 deg F day either. Either your new thermostat is stuck open/incorrectly installed or your coolant has a really high coolant to water ratio...

You have the same car than me. This car has 2 thermostats, you also need to change the small thermostat to speed up the progress.

Sidenote: Even with brand new OEM thermostats, the temperature does NOT rise fast, no matter -20c or -2c. Takes always about 10km / 10mins depending on the speed etc.

This is mostly because the 1400W heater element is broken (CDI's have built-in heaters). You have the option to turn this off / on from the computer settings menu. There is no reason to replace this ~600e element because it will only last a few years. A high price for marginally faster heating
